Health & Safety


Here's are some essential safety tips for you to make sure you're working smart.

Ventilated Workspace:
Many materials used cause dangerous fumes. i.e. As the resin cures it produces harmful
admissions. ​A well ventilated workspace is essential. Use of a fan or extractor would be ideal. 

Rubber Gloves:
Nitrile and Latex gloves, make sure you're not
allergic to these.
The process is messy, try not to get any materials onto your skin.

Vapour Masks:
3M Make good masks. Masks are an essential piece of kit, look to pay around £70 for one of these. Do make sure you change the filters every once in a while.

Glasses or Goggles:
Use these when using silicones and resins.
